2• First Quote: After the initial survey, we provide an early quote to help you understand your budget relative to your desired project, highlighting any potential options.

3• Construction Drawings: Our team ensures that complete construction drawings are prepared, along with securing all necessary planning permits and licenses.

4• Final Quote: Once designs are confirmed, we deliver a detailed breakdown of costs, including stage payment requirements and any provisional sums for specialized work or suppliers.

5• Contract Award: Upon agreeing on the tender price, contracts will be signed by both parties, with start dates confirmed and the first stage payment processed within 48 hours.

6• Variations Management: We anticipate potential variations—either client-led or unforeseen. We provide viable options for resolution, detailing any additional costs and impacts on the completion timeline, ensuring transparency and agreement before work commences.

7• Ongoing Communication: Regular site visits and updates from our Managing Director, Peter Gale, ensure all aspects of your project run smoothly and any issues are promptly addressed.

8• Quality Control: Peter Gale, along with our experienced team, oversees the entire construction process to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.

9• Comprehensive customer review at project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
